Returns eligibility

Our returns policy lasts for 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Your right to cancel

Your right to cancel an order for goods starts the moment you place your order and ends 14 days from the date you receive your goods. If you choose to cancel your order, you may do so within 14 days from when you received your goods without giving any reason. To cancel your order, you must inform us of your decision in writing via email at hello@hoodoo2.com. To meet the cancellation deadline, you must send your communication of cancellation before the 14 day period has expired. We will reimburse you no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive your cancellation notice. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the transaction, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement. If your order consists of multiple goods, the 14 day period runs from when you get the last of the batch. This 14 day period is the time you have to decide whether to cancel, you then have a further 14 days to actually send the goods back. Please note that delivery fees are not refundable and we will refund you for the product alone.

Returns process

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of an error from our company’s side, otherwise two-way shipping will be charged. Return requests can be sent online by email or by phone. Items should be returned in their original product packaging.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days, dictated by the card issuer/provider. If your payment was made in cash, we will arrange for a refund in cash on collection and inspection of the item(s).

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at hello@hoodoo2.com.

Refunding Items On Sale

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded in any circumstance. Sale items are always excluded from our refund policy.

Exchanges on Damaged Products

Please notify us if a product has arrived damaged and we will send a replacement where possible. If we are unable to replace the item, we will issue a refund. For bag items, we will also send a replacement product, however this may not be the same item that needs replacing. Please send us an email at hello@hoodoo2.com to submit your damaged product claim with accompanying photos and we will set up a claim for you.

Shipping

To return your product, please email us at hello@hoodoo2.com and we will inform you of our returns procedure.
You will be responsible for paying fees for returning your item. Delivery costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return (1KD) shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Shipment Processing Time

All orders within Kuwait are processed and delivered the following day except:

  • Orders placed on Thursday will be delivered on Saturday
  • Orders placed on Friday will be processed on Saturday and delivered on Sunday.

    We will endeavor to deliver all orders made before 2pm by the next day. We are unable to book specific time slots for delivery. Our deliveries will be made from 9am until 6pm.
    Please note that during periods of extreme weather or heavy traffic, our courier may be delayed/affected, and this is out of our control.
    If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed, in this case please allow additional time for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

    Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

    Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. All charges reflect individual charges from the courier that you have selected:

    All prices for delivery outside of Kuwait are governed by DHL. Prices are passed on to you the customer, we do not make any profit from standard postal charges.

    Likewise, in Kuwait, all delivery fees are handed to our delivery team, we do not profit from local deliveries.

      Delivery Process within Kuwait

      What packaging will my HooDoo2 order arrive in?

      Our bags will arrive in cardboard boxes to ensure bag items are well protected and will arrive in pristine condition to your address. Other items will be delivered in either boxes or bags depending on the size of the product. However, we will make sure all items arrive in a timely and professional manner.
